The main team members of VTCM Indigo are shown below. All of our career and educational advisers are professionally qualified and also hold a minimum of Level A of the British Psychological Society. Just as importantly, at the same time as being objective, realistic and challenging in their approach VTCM advisers also pride themselves on being open, welcoming and approachable so as to ensure that students will gladly continue to seek them out for further support as and whenever necessary. We recognise that, excellent and up-to-date as our knowledge of qualifications, higher education, finance and careers must be, these become irrelevant if each individual student does not relate to us. Although team members have geographical centres within which they work, we work as a team, each consultant supporting the other team members with specialist areas of knowledge – such as international higher education, student finance, the graduate job market (UK and international) and the International Baccalaureate . Such individual expertise may also relate to experience with students who have particular learning or other difficulties. Between them, they cover our work across Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Leicestershire as well as our work in Europe. All the team members below are professionally qualified, hold at least Level A of the British Psychological Society (which allows them to interpret psychometric ability tests).
