Guidance packages

All of our career guidance packages provide your son or daughter with a range of services that can be mixed and matched, a tried and tested model used by many schools and colleges:

Career guidance interviews

Your son or daughter will benefit from a comprehensive guidance interview with a professionally qualified career consultant, experienced in working with academically able students both in independent and grammar schools/colleges who largely (but not always) aspire to higher education in the UK or internationally.

Our consultant will also be well versed in financial issues related to higher education, and be supported by an extensive network of relevant career and higher education information resources.

Full psychometric assessment

In addition, an enhanced service is also available providing psychometric assessment.

Using the internationally recognised Morrisby Profile (link to morrisby website), this psychometric assessment tool measures an individual’s relative underlying abilities, and certain career and study related aspects of personality.

Expressed interests are also systematically taken into account.

From this tested and objective information, an individual profile is produced in the form of a report, identifying career suggestions and indicating A, AS and IB subjects which would be relevant for these areas.

An individual’s preferred planning style and their usual method of problem solving is also demonstrated in the profile - significant for future career and course selection.
